海运费

提醒：海运只建议用在大物件或比较重的物件。小包裹如衣物、手机壳、首饰等物件，请选用空运，这样可以避免您的包裹在装柜时遗漏在仓库，拖迟了收货时间。

Note: To avoid unpleasant situations, ocean freight is only recommended for big items. Small parcels (such as clothings, phone covers, fashion jewellery etc) are recommended to ship by air freight, as small parcels easily missed out or missing from shipment.

How it works?

1) LIKE our page to join us.

2) Log on to www.taobao.com or other China sites to select the products you wish to buy.

3) Drop us a message or email us the links you copied. For your convenience, you may download our Order Form at http://www.2shared.com/file/Iy2ZAE3L/Customer_Order_Form_updated_19.html

4) An order confirmation with product price and estimated shipping charges will be emailed to you.

5) We will only proceed your order after payment had been received. Order will be placed to online shopping sites within 24 to 48 hours.

6) An actual shipping cost will be informed/emailed to you after confirmed by the shipping agent. You are required to settle the short payment if we had under estimated your parcel weight; or we will refund the excess payment to you if we over estimate.

7) Your parcel only will be sent out after shipping charges had been fully settled.

8) Normally your air freight parcel will be delivered to your door step within 5 to 10 days if there were no unforeseen circumstances.

Please Read These Before Placing Order

1) We are only provide service to shop for you at China sites, we are not responsible to any problems which caused by the sellers, such as damages, shortage, wrong product, wrong color, wrong size, quantity and etc.

2) Please select a seller with a high evaluation.

3) Your shipping cost includes custom clearance but you are responsible for any possible import duties and taxes. We have no control over such charges/fees and cannot predict which shipments will be charged for these fees, or what the fees will be.

4) We do not entertain rush order.

5) No refund and no amendment after order is confirmed, unless your order is out of stock.

6) We are not responsible for goods being confiscated by the customs and any losses due to customs investigation, since it was beyond our control.

7) Before you sign on the airway bill, please ensure the parcel is sealed. If you suspect any opened sign of your parcel, please check the contents very carefully to ensure nothing has been damaged in transit, and that all expected items are there. If any of this situation occurred, take a picture, refuse delivery and return to the shipper with the proof.
